The first production of Theremin abroad is being prepared for the end of April by the Radok Award-winning Russian director Sergey Fedotov in his home Theatre by the Bridge in the city of Perm. The collaboration with the author will not be limited to the work on the text this time. Petr Zelenka will help the Russian production team to procure the thereminvox itself, i.e. the capricious musical instrument that has a key role in the play. Should the international career of his play take off, Zelenka could become an equally successful dealer for the small North Carolina factory producing the thereminvox to this day.
