The Tales in Slovenia

On April 19, 2007, Petr Zelenka's play The Tales of Common Insanity (Příběhy obyčejného šílenství) opened at the City Theatre of Lubljana. The production was directed by Barbara Hink Samobor, the set design was by Petra Veber. The play was very well received by both audiences and reviewers.

 

Slovenia is the seventh country to produce Zelenka's playwriting début (many rehearsed readings notwithstanding). The Slovenian translation is by Nives Vidrih.
