Aura-Pont chose new authors from the finalists of the prestigious drama competition those - without any literary agency - to whom it offered representation. Aura-Pont now has contracts with Tomáš Syrovátka (The Shield), with Mrs Norma Sail (an artistic name - Don't Return Without A Story) and is about to sign a similar agreement with Dana Tučková (Old Pictures, Good Czech Girls), Anna Grusková (Schaulust) and Jan Krupa, the co-author of My Beautiful World (the second author, Pavel Trtílek, is represented by Aura-Pont for some time already). You will be able to hear these plays (and perhaps meet the authors) at our Encounters With The New Play scheduled this time for June 23 as part of Hradec Králové Theatre of the European Regions Festival.
