A benefit concert by
CCQ-Czech Clarinet Quartet and their guests (Alan Vitouš [percussion], František Rab [double bass] and the string quartet of the Prague Chamber Philharmonic) took place on 10 November in the Archa Theatre with Aura-Pont as a co-organiser of the event. The concert was held under the patronage of the founder of the foundation Zdena Hadrbolcová and the Mayor of Prague Dr. Pavel Bém, and met with unexpected success.
The takings, to be used for equipping Section C of the Neurological Clinic 1 LF UK VFN in Prague, amounted to over three quarters of a million crowns! We were delighted that the experience and organisational skills of Aura-Pont's production department could be used to help such a worthy project.
